As part of our continued support to Club Doncaster through the 100 Club scheme, this past Wednesday evening, Pass Logistics were the main sponsors of the Carabao Cup Second Round tie between Doncaster Rovers and Premier League big-hitters Everton.

The game sadly ended in defeat for Rovers, who put up a brilliant fight after taking an unexpected lead in the first-half, but were harshly knocked out of the cup thanks to an 89th minute Everton winner.

We had the honour of welcoming one of our most valued customers in World of Sweets along to witness one of the biggest games in recent history for Doncaster Rovers & Club Doncaster as a whole.

A magnificent three-course meal was provided by the Eco-Power Stadium hospitality and catering team, preceded by a guided tour of the stadium, offering a chance to see behind-the-scenes of the club that Pass Logistics so passionately support.

Managing Director of Pass Logistics Richard Silvester said "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Doncaster Rovers, and Club Doncaster as a whole for their amazing hospitality.

"Despite the unfortunate result, we all had such an excellent evening at the Eco-Power Stadium, including our special guests World of Sweets. It was our pleasure to have the opportunity to invite one of our most valued customers to witness such an epic occasion for the city of Doncaster, where both companies are based."

It's clear to see that despite the result, a thoroughly enjoyable evening was had by all in attendance at the Eco-Power Stadium from Pass Logistics and World of Sweets. Commiserations go to the Doncaster Rovers team but their heads can definitely be held high.
