As Pass Logistics continues to grow and diversify its services, bringing in the right leadership is key to maintaining momentum and meeting future goals. That’s why we’re pleased to welcome Anthony Finn as our new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Anthony brings over 20 years of senior experience in the logistics industry, with a strong track record in commercial strategy and customer development. His appointment marks an important step as we strengthen our leadership team and focus on long-term, sustainable growth.

We sat down with Anthony to find out more about what drew him to Pass, what he brings to the role, and what he sees on the horizon for the business.

CEO - Adrian Sullivan: "Pass Logistics are committed to offering customers a wide range of logistics services and solutions, Anthony joining Pass logistics really strengthens our experience, our drive and hunger to deliver a successful partnership mentality for clients."

Managing Director - Richard Silvester: "We’re delighted to welcome Anthony to the team. His experience and industry knowledge will strengthen our growth plans and help take Pass Logistics to the next level."

Head of People & Culture - Rachel Hill: "To be able to attract someone of Ant’s calibre and experience to Pass Logistics shows the real intent behind our growth plans. We’re proud of the high-performing team we’ve already built, and Ant’s appointment further strengthens our ‘PassPeople’ strategy, by adding even more depth, and leadership, to an already exceptional group."

What attracted you to the company and this role in particular?

“Honestly, it was Adrian’s story and the culture he’s built around it. Growing Pass Logistics from ‘a man in a van’ into the business it is today takes real vision, resilience, and a deep understanding of what customers want.

That entrepreneurial spirit runs through the whole team, and that’s what drew me in. I saw a business with huge potential and a leadership team that’s not afraid to keep evolving. The opportunity to be part of the next phase of that journey really appealed to me.”

With over 20 years of executive experience in the logistics industry, what key lessons have you learned that you plan to bring to your new role as CCO?

“The most important lesson is that people and relationships matter more than anything else. Whether you’re running a multinational or building a business from the start, trust and service are what customers remember.

I’ve also learned that no growth is sustainable unless you’re delivering real value and keeping things simple. Logistics can be complicated, but customers value clarity and consistency.

And finally, culture is everything. You can have the best strategy in the world, but it’s your people who will make it happen. I’ll be bringing those lessons with me as I work with the Pass team.”

Pass Logistics has ambitious growth plans. How will your leadership support and accelerate these ambitions?

“My role is to help us grow in a focused and sustainable way. Pass has built an incredibly strong platform; now it’s about taking that to the next level.

I’ll be looking at how we can sharpen our commercial approach by building stronger customer relationships, introducing new services such as Customs Brokerage, European Road, and further developing our Air & Ocean capability.

I’ll also ensure we have the right processes and structure in place to scale. I believe there are new markets and partnerships we can explore to open fresh opportunities. And through it all, I’ll work hard to maintain the entrepreneurial spirit that has made Pass successful so far.

What do you believe sets Pass Logistics apart in the market, and how can we build on that?

“It’s that entrepreneurial DNA—Pass Logistics is agile, responsive, and customer-focused. Adrian has built a business that puts relationships first and takes pride in delivering great service. That’s something many larger players struggle to match.

We can build on that by offering even more tailored solutions—things like buyers’ consolidation, smarter digital tools, and proactive customer engagement. If we keep listening to customers and adapting to their needs, we’ll stay one step ahead of the market.

What are you most excited about as you begin this new chapter with Pass Logistics?

“It’s the chance to be part of a business that still has so much growth ahead of it. Pass Logistics is a brilliant example of what can be achieved with vision and determination.

Now, with a strong team in place and a clear growth mindset, we have a real opportunity to take things to the next level. For me, helping to drive that growth while staying true to the culture that’s made Pass what it is—that’s what I’m most excited about.”
