In this interview, we sat down with our CEO Adrian Sullivan , who recently took part in the Kindred Spirits Experience, a unique journey designed to help individuals confront their fears, grow resilience and foster deeper connections with like-minded people. Known for his dedication to both personal and professional growth, Adrian shares what drew him to this transformative experience, insights he gained along the way, and how he plans to bring these lessons back to his leadership role here at Pass Logistics. Through his reflections, we learn more about the power of stepping out of your comfort zone and the value of teamwork when facing the unknown.

The Interview

What initially drew you to the Kindred Spirits Experience?

“I’d been following Luke Staton for years and connected with his message about growth, spirituality, and stepping out of your comfort zone. The experience felt like a perfect opportunity to challenge myself and push my limits in a supportive setting.”

How did the experience impact you, and have you noticed any immediate shifts in your mindset or emotions?

“Yes, it taught me the importance of living in the present. I will now focus more on supporting others through their fears, especially when facing the unknown. I found myself more aware of how much support matters when dealing with challenges.

What part of the journey felt the most transformative?

“The abseiling was transformative for me. Facing that fear with the support of others made me realise how powerful unity can be in overcoming challenges. Resilience grows when you have people around you who believe in you.”

For someone considering the experience, what would you say are the biggest takeaways or benefits?

"The rewards of stepping into the unknown are huge. You gain inner strength, build lifelong friendships, and share powerful experiences with like-minded people. It’s a rare chance to push your limits and grow."

Did the experience provide any insights or inspirations that you’ll bring back to your leadership at Pass Logistics?

“Absolutely. One of the main insights was how valuable it is to challenge ourselves as a team. Tackling the unknown and having each other’s backs builds endurance like nothing else. It’s a perspective I’m excited to bring back to Pass Logistics – the idea that we can face challenges together and get the most out of new experiences, even if they feel intimidating at first. I want our team to feel that sense of accomplishment that comes from tackling something outside their comfort zones. I truly believe that when you’re working together in uncharted territory, that’s where the biggest rewards are waiting for you.”
